Types of Extended DISC Certification:
- PUBLIC CERTIFICATION (1 day) - suitable for participants who want to become familiar with using Extended DISC model in their business
- ON-SITE CERTIFICATION - specifically designed for client's unique needs; session is customized for content and length
After training participants are able to:
- Spot behavioral patterns within the organization
- Act as an Extended DISC consultant for own/clients' organization
- Make better recommendations to managers and team leaders
- Conduct training sessions and development programs based on Extended DISC model
- Use Extended DISC reports in various HR process (e.g. recruitment, appraisal performance, succession planning, high potential pool, coaching)
Public Certification includes:
- 3 Extended DISC Personal Analysis (1 for the participant)
- Training materials and lunch
- Certification Training conducted by an Extended DISC expert
